West Deptford Police Department Special Law Enforcement Officer III (SLEO) Bob Hemphill is assigned full time to the National Park School to provide safety and security monitoring to the students and staff. SLEO III Hemphill was born and raised in National Park and graduated from National Park School in 1986 and Gateway Regional HIgh School in 1992. SLEO III Hemphill has over 25 years of law enforcement experience. He retired in October of 2022 from the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at the rank of Lieutenant of Detectives. SLEO III Hemphill holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Neumann University and a Master of Sciences Degree in Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
