Optional Voluntary COVID Testing for Students

  • COVID testing is available to all students at the school every Wednesday 10:30am-12:00pm.

  • Online preregistration must be completed first using THIS form.

  • The testing site will then email a link to the provided email address. The link must be completed within 72 hours of receipt.

  • The first time that your child is tested, you will need to complete a consent form. Copies will be available in the Main Office.

  • A parent/guardian must be present for testing.

  • We encourage you to register your child just in case you ever want them tested at the school in the coming weeks. Your child cannot be tested unless the registration is completed at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Registration does not require your child to get tested, just ensures that they are able to get tested if and when you decide that it is needed.

HIB Self Assessment GradeBeginning with the 2011-2012 school year, our school district has conscientiously implemented the requirements found in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act by implementing a number of strategies to prevent harassment, intimidation and bullying. While completing the Self-Assessment, we learned that our school district has demonstrated strengths in providing a wide variety of opportunities for our students to engage in positive learning experiences focused on character building. We continue to make improvements as we increase staff training opportunities and fine tune our character education program. If you have any questions regarding HIB, please contact Mrs. Thompson or Ms. O’Donnell. If you would like to report an incident, complete the form located at the provided link or come into the Main Office for a copy. Thank you for working with us to provide a safe, happy learning environment for all students.
