Student Registration
To register a student, use this link to begin the process - https://www.oncourseconnect.com/registration/10105. After providing the necessary information, you will receive an email from OnCourse Systems to start the process. We highly recommend doing this from a computer and not a mobile device.
Registration is online only. If you are having trouble or if you have any questions, please call the school secretary at 856-845-6876 x. 110 or send an email to tlange@npelem.com. If help can no be provided via phone or email, the office MAY schedule you an appointment. Walk in's are NOT permitted for registration, you will be told to access the online registration system.
Registration Paperwork
- Your child’s original birth certificate with state seal
- Pre-Kindergarten - 3 years of age on or before October 1, 2024
- Kindergarten - 5 years of age on or before October 1, 2024
- Proof of Immunizations - Please bring your child’s most current health records.
- Your child must also have a physical examination completed by your family doctor. You may use THIS FORM or your physician’s form if the information is the same.
- Proof of Residency - A valid form of identification showing a National Park home address along with two of the following documents:
- Current tax bill, utility bill or cell phone bill
- Mortgage settlement paperwork (showing date of occupancy) or Lease Agreement
- If your child is a transfer student within the state of New Jersey, you will need to provide a Transfer Card from the previous school district and complete a Records Release form.
Note: Please provide Guardianship/Custody Papers and/or a Landlord Affidavit if applicable.
